Please note that returns can only be accepted if the product has not been worn, the labels are still attached and the product is returned in the original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons panties and bikini bottoms cannot be returned.

Register your return via the Understatement return portal. Enter the order number you received from Understatement - not the order number starting with #SLYGaD - and download the return label. Print it out, stick it on your package and send it back to Understatement.
